Zoning Information
There will NOT be a Planning Board meeting on July 10th, 2024.
Planning Board meetings are held on an as needed basis. When needed, the meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (the public is invited to any meeting).
Zoning Board of Appeals meets as required. The meetings are GENERALLY held at 7:00 p.m. and are advertised in the legal notices of the Watkins Review & Express.
A ZBA meeting will be held on July 17, at 7 pm at the Town Hall to discuss a request for variances for lot size and setbacks for the owner of 5853 County Road 11 in Alpine, NY.
